US software firm SunGard has added a credit
risk analytics feature to its short-term cash management
portal.

SunGard’s Global Network Short-Term Cash
Management portal assist firms to measure risk quickly and
accurately by gathering collective fund data from Standard &
Poor’s (S&P), Sector Treasury and Crane Data.

The portal gives corporate treasurers access
to credit information as well as counterparty data.

The vendor said it to increases simplicity,
assists in making investment decisions, reduces risk and exposure
and improves operational efficiency.

Investors can view funds’ underlying holdings
by characteristics such as country, security type, credit rating or
maturity structure on a consolidated basis across their entire
portfolio.

Bob Ward, chief operating officer of SunGard’s
