Net Element, a mobile payment technology provider, has launched Netevia Mastercard, a business card for unified payments merchants.

The latest offering, powered by Aliaswire’s patented technology, will be a part of a platform to reduce credit and debit card payment acceptance fees.

The Netevia Mastercard, in combination with Netevia payments acceptance account, can help businesses to improve their cash flow management.

It also comes with enhanced business credit tools to enable the merchants avail maximum spending opportunity.

The cardholding merchants can also transfer a percentage of card sales to the card instead of their bank account. Subsequently, they can use it to meet regular business expenses.

Net Element vice-president of commercial cards division Mike Normandeau said: “Netevia applies additional logic to reward active card members with increased credit lines, regardless of their prior credit history.

“Merchants also benefit from establishing and building business credit, something particularly difficult to achieve in the small to mid-market segment.”

The card provides the holder with multiple value-added benefits. It includes up to 1% processing fee rebate, 5% discount on car rentals from selected outlets and 4% rebates on select restaurants.

Businesses can use the Netevia Mastercard any location where Mastercard is accepted. With no MCC restrictions, the merchants can also access business card rewards when paying for everyday expenses.

Net Element focuses on delivering mobile payments and value-added transactional services.  It operates in the US and selected emerging markets.
