US-based field service management software developer MSI Data has partnered with PaySimple to launch an instant, onsite payment collection feature.

Through this partnership, MSI will add the mobile field service payment feature to its field service management solution called ‘Service Pro’.

PaySimple enables field service teams such as technicians to collect payments from customers directly on site.

The new payments feature is aimed at reducing the time between a technician completing a job and the service company receiving the payment for that job.

This reduces the service-to-cash cycles for both, field service companies, and customers.
