Australian brand-builder BrandBank has partnered with Adyen to power its payments network across Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

The collaboration is expected to simplify customer payment experience across online and in-store channels. Additionally, it will support BrandBank in establishing its payments network when it forays into new markets.

BrandBank strategic projects and business improvement manager Anthony Cronwright said: “Adyen is providing BrandBank with a gateway, risk management system and acquirer all rolled into one.

“The platform gives us the full breadth of payment capabilities we need to delight our customers while giving us the flexibility to rapidly roll into new markets.”

In selecting Adyen, BrandBank considered the payments firm’s role as a built-in payment connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail and its easy integration ability.

Currently, BrandBank is in the process of rolling out a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programme leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail.
