GE Capital Retail Bank has renewed its credit
card deal with multi-channel e-tailer ShopNBC.

GE Capital Retail Bank, the consumer lending
unit of General Electric, and ShopNBC first struck a deal in 2006
to launch the credit card programme and, since its introduction,
have continued to update it with new features, including:

  • free shipping promotions,
  • flexible payment options and
  • deferred interest periods for some purchases.

Margaret Keane, CEO and president of GE
Capital’s Retail Finance business, said the continuation of the
deal gave them a “competitive advantage.”
