Singapore’s NETS has entered into a new partnership to enable its users pay for their cab rides with a new in-app payment method.

The new payment method, known as NETS Click, has been launched in collaboration with local taxi service ComfortDelGro Taxi.

The service will allow customers pay for their ComfortDelGro taxi trips using NETS bank cards from DBS, OCBC and UOB through the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App.

Once the NETS bank card is added to the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App, NETS can be used for making app payments.

The NETS Click option can also be used for settling street hail trips.

The ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App features a ‘Pay for Street Hail’ option with which passengers can make QR payments by scanning code at the taxi’s cashless payment terminal. It also supports payments by pairing taxi number with NETS Click.
