PAYSBUY, a Thailand-based online payment service firm, has signed a strategic agreement with an eCommerce payment management service provider CyberSource to expand its international business by offering secure online payment services to its merchants.

Under the agreement, PAYSBUY will implement the payment tokenisation service of CyberSource to store card payment data securely for recurring customers.

Along with CyberSource’s Secure Acceptance hosted payment page solution, tokenisation will allow PAYSBUY’s recurring customers to avoid entering their payment details in every payment transaction.

By deploying CyberSource’s global payment gateway services, PAYSBUY will be able to offer a wide range of payment methods to its merchants.

CyberSource Southeast Asia regional sales director, Chew Ann Wee, said: "We are working with PAYSBUY to ensure payments are secure, while providing an array of payment acceptance options that they can extend to their merchant customers.

"An effective and secure payment management system provides confidence for PAYSBUY’s merchants, thereby increasing their ability to enhance end-customers’ experience, and improve customer retention and loyalty."
