National Gift Card acquires majority stake in UK’s Revive Prepaid Management

US-based National Gift Card has expanded its international presence with the acquisition of a majority stake in Revive Prepaid Management, located in Berkshire, UK.

US-based National Gift Card has expanded its international presence with the acquisition of a majority stake in Revive Prepaid Management, located in Berkshire, UK.

Revive Prepaid Management manages online gift card fulfilment, gift card strategy management alongside business-to-business sales and marketing. Currently, the company has three clients – Primark, River Island and ASK Italian Restaurants.

A new division, named NGC Corp Group Europe Limited (ngcEurope), has been established to supply traditional and digital gift cards for bulk fulfilment representing about eight retail partner brands for the UK and Europe.

The new division will be led by Andrew Johnson, managing director of Revive Prepaid Management.

Adam Van Witzenburg, CEO of National Gift Card, said: “As we celebrate 10 years in business, we are especially excited about our prospects as we expand our growing business to the European and UK markets.

“We are enthusiastic about this new opportunity and look forward to serving our customers in this market. We’ve been looking at the European market for quite some time, and we now believe there is a bright future ahead of us there.”

National Gift Card’s corporate headquarters will remain in Illinois, US.
