MBNA, a UK-based credit card issuer, has added a new credit card, MBNA Platinum, to its portfolio.
The card carries the longest credit card offer and allows new customers to receive zero percent interest on balance transfers and money transfers for up to 29 months from account opening date.

MBNA business development and marketing executive Michael Donald said this new long-term balance transfer credit card is the longest they have ever offered in the UK, and they are delighted to be able to make it available for eligible new customers looking to get their finances in order after their Christmas spending or in the New Year.
"We’re constantly seeking ways to make life easier for consumers, and the new eligibility checker is designed to be a useful aid when they are considering a card," Donald added.
The card issuer also developed a new online balance transfer calculator that allows customers to find out interest savings on their existing card balances by transferring them to MBNA’s Platinum credit card during the promotional period.
Donald said choosing the right credit card is an important decision and they hope this new balance transfer calculator is a useful tool for new customers.
