US-based premium credit card provider Luxury Card, which offers Mastercard Gold Card, Mastercard Black Card, and Mastercard Titanium Card, has secured additional design patents.

With the receipt of the new patents, the company now holds a total of 57 patents. Each patent is said to protect the exclusive designs, providing a ‘rare level of craftsmanship’ to the cardholders.

Luxury Card vice president of customer experience Marina Kissam said: “We are dedicated to our loyal customers and that begins with special attention to our card design.

“These new patents speak to our commitment to the customer as well as our promise to innovate to be the best.”

Luxury Card rolled out its first product in 2008 with a second and third card following in 2016. According to the company, its cards themselves are special owing to the proprietary materials and unique design.

Cardholders are also offered luxury travel benefits that provide annual credits, purchase protections as well as rewards.
