Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB), a Bahrain-based Islamic retail bank, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Gulf Air to offer discounts for KHCB’s credit cardholders on their online Gulf Air ticket purchases.
Under the deal, all the KHCB credit cardholders including platinum, golden and classic credit cardholders will receive 15% and 10% discounts on all Gulf Air Business Class and Economy Class tickets respectively.

KHCB commercial banking deputy general manager, Fuad Taqi, said this offer also complements with their Gulf Air Frequent Flyer offering where KHCB credit cardholders receive Gulf Air Miles corresponding to the credit card transaction amounts at any location in Bahrain or abroad.
"We hope that our customers will make use of this amazing opportunity to the fullest and we look forward to offer more of such services to our customers in the future," Fuad added.
Gulf Air acting chief commercial officer, Ahmed Janahi, said Gulf Air is committed to developing strong collaborative relationships with local companies to support commerce within the Kingdom and ultimately add value to the country and the people of Bahrain.
