Invoice Cloud has upgraded its online bill payment platform by introducing Apple Pay and Google Pay as new payment options.

The addition is expected to streamline bill payments as well as reduce costs for the billers.

Payers can utilise both the app for making payments through the mobile or online channels. The Invoice Cloud platform is designed to automatically identify if a customer is eligible to make payments using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Invoice Cloud president Bob Lapides said: “The new Apple Pay and Google Pay mobile payment options will encourage even more customers to move to electronic payments and take advantage of Invoice Cloud’s online bill payment technology, allowing billers to reduce costs and accelerate collections.

“This enhancement to our Software as a Service platform is all about convenience and choice for customers who increasingly want to pay bills when they want, how they want, and where they want.”

Founded in 2009, Invoice Cloud provides e-bill presentment, payment and software systems. According to the website, it has more than 25,000 clients across 50 US states.
