InventCommerce, a UK-based eCommerce solutions provider, has joined forces with online payment processing provider MyGate to offer local payment services in the South African market.
Due to increased demand for platforms like Magento and Hybris, InventCommerce intended to offer a localised service through the partnership with MyGate.

According to InventCommerce, MyGate will offer a range of payment solutions and work with local payment methods in Africa to allow merchants and customers pay in their own payment mode.
The partnership will allow InventCommerce to provide its clients with a trusted and local payment gateway provider in the region and further support the growth in eCommerce in South Africa.
MyGate managing director, Dan Edmiston, said: "The ecommerce market is growing at a rapid rate and we see platforms such as Magento and Hybris gaining popularity with larger merchants we service."
