Discover, the American financial services company, has accredited FIME, a global payment consultancy, to perform Discover Payment Application Specification (D-PAS) card personalization validation (CPV) for its card issuers.
FIME, which is a technical associate of EMVCo, will support both Discover and Diners Club International card issuers to achieve compliance with Discover’s EMV requirements as a part of the payment network’s EMV migration activity.
It will provide customized, practical consulting to payment card issuers and acquirers to implement EMV chip payments in any marketplace.
