The pan-European full-service payment processor Equens, in association with Vipera, the mobile financial services provider, has launched a mobile banking card control application for a Germany-based banking group.
The app will provide the bank customers with a range of bank and credit card management capabilities accessible on their smart phone providing them connectivity to their card purchases and ensuring effective fraud management.

The service will facilitate the German lender to enable its customers to view their spending by category, see available credit line by card and to lock or unlock their cards for general use, internet use and use abroad.
The new capability, offered by Equens, will be supported by Motif, Vipera’s proprietary dynamic engine, which powers the mobile app with real-time transaction data enabling application connectivity in an instant for all users worldwide.
