Chase, the consumer and commercial banking business of JPMorgan Chase, in collaboration with Early Warning’s digital payments network Zelle, has launched a new payment solution – QuickPay.

QuickPay will allow users to send and receive money in minutes without leaving the security of their bank app.

Customers can also make transfers same day or schedule future dated payments and request money and directly respond to payment requests.

QuickPay will also allow users to manage and track payments and requests as well as add recipients directly from their phone contacts list.

Chase digital banking head Bill Wallace said: “A growing number of customers are choosing Chase because they like our online and mobile capabilities. Consumers want a safe and fast way to make payments and Chase QuickPay with Zelle offers them the ability to pay each other in a simple and consistent way.

“By connecting with an additional dozen plus financial institutions, we expect more people will want to pay the dog walker or share the dinner bill seamlessly using QuickPay with Zelle.”
