UAE-based telecommunications company Etisalat has partnered with Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) to introduce a co-branded ‘Lifestyle’ credit card.
The CBD-Etisalat credit card will come in Visa Platinum and Visa Signature variants.
Cardholders will be able to earn reward points through Etisalat’s Smiles platform, which is being made available to all customers in the UAE.
Apart from Smiles points, users will also gain complimentary access to lounges at more than 900 airports globally, insurance benefits and 0% balance transfers, among other benefits.
Customers can redeem the points earned with the CBD-Etisalat credit card by using the Smiles mobile app across a variety of categories, including shopping, entertainment, travel, dining, wellness and bill payments at more than 300 partners.
Etisalat chief consumer officer Khaled El Khouly said: “We are pleased to collaborate with Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) to launch this dynamic co-branded credit card, which comes fully loaded with a host of features, deals and lifestyle benefits in addition to earning Smiles on their credit card spends.
