Capital One Financial and Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) have announced a new credit card program agreement among Capital One, Hudson’s Bay and Saks Fifth Avenue, with the addition of the Lord and Taylor credit card program effective from June 2015.

The agreement will enable Capital One to be the exclusive issuer for private label and co-branded credit cards at all HBC-owned retailers, including Hudson’s Bay, Saks Fifth Avenue, OFF 5TH and Home Outfitters providing customers with flexibility in payment options and facilitating a consistent experience across HBC’s retail stores.
Jimmy Cannon, executive vice president of Card Partnerships at Capital One, said: "We’re extending this partnership with HBC because our companies share a deeply rooted commitment to delivering the very best experience for our customers. We’re looking forward to continuing this relationship and growing our business with HBC."
