Field services management solutions provider BlueFolder has announced the integration of its software as a service (SaaS) based solution with FreshBooks’ invoicing solution.
The move enables iBlueFolder’s clients – generally SMEs with field-based sales and customer services teams – to bring their service operations management, invoicing and billing systems together.
“Small businesses want two things, which are to get on with their work and then get paid for it,” said Sunir Shah, head of the platform at FreshBooks.
“Integrating BlueFolder’s field service management with FreshBooks invoicing will make many small businesses smile today. They’ll waste less time and get paid that much faster.”
The partnership is being facilitated by itDuzzit, a cloud integration platform that offers pre-built integration solutions.
