BigTime Software has upgraded its product with a new feature called BigTime Wallet to streamline online payments between professional service firms and their clients.
BigTime Wallet is devised to consolidate payments online and enables recurring payments to facilitate cash flow.
According to the company, the new feature complies with PCI standards and accepts all major credit cards and ACH.
BigTime Software COO Jake Matyas said: “We’re all about ease of use and giving you more billable time back in your day.
“Accepting payments through BigTime Wallet means receiving cash faster, and no longer dealing with the hassle of switching between invoicing and payments software.”
BigTime Software founder and CEO Brian Saunders said: “We know that one of the keys to a successful client relationship is creating a personalised-branded experience for the client, all the way through their collection process.
“By adding a payment feature to our product, we are enabling our clients to collect payments through a secured platform that reflects the professionalism they exhibit in every other customer interaction.”
BigTime Software focuses on the development of practice management tools for professional services firms.
Besides BigTime Wallet, the company’s app offers time and expense tracking, billing and invoicing, resource and project management and DCAA compliant timekeeping. The services are also available online.
