Archway Marketing Services has completed the combination of its business with gift and loyalty cards solutions provider New Teraco.
The combined business will operate as Archway and will have an expanded product portfolio. It will deliver digital print, plastic card, marketing as well as supply chain solutions.
It will see the combination of Teraco’s card design and manufacturing capabilities with Archway’s fulfilment and logistics platform to provide one-stop gift card destination.
Additionally, the merger is expected to result in the economics of scale and improve brand experience.
Archway CEO Kerry James said: “We have made it our goal to expand our client product and service offerings and technological capabilities in key markets and determined that the best path forward would be to partner with a synergistic, marketing solutions company with a similar focus on brand-centric, Fortune 1000 companies.”
The combination will also enable Archway to provide complete consumer promotion solutions suite to develop flexible campaigns.
Additionally, the company’s solution will allow the clients to manage multiple campaigns in real time. They can also assess real-time data to identify customer trends and modify campaigns accordingly.
