ACI Speedpay is designed to provide students with convenient payment plan options and security for their campus payment requirements.

The solution’s student payment portal allows students to manage and streamline college payments.
The partnership will allow California community colleges to utilise ACI Speedpay and provide students the ability to make one-time payments and enrol in payment plans through a single portal.
In addition, the participating colleges will be able to set up authorised users and facilitate access for students and staff to digital IDs and quick disbursements.
ACI’s mobile-first student payment portal is claimed to offer easy access for multiple family members while allowing students and other payers to make secure payments.

ACI executive vice-president Sanjay Gupta said: “ACI is partnering with FoundationCCC to offer an improved student payment experience to the California community colleges—simplifying how students view and pay their tuition, fees and other campus-related bills.”
Gupta added that ACI Speedpay will help the participating colleges to ensure that student payment data is secure and PCI-compliant.
Last April, ACI added new features to the solution to help address challenges faced by customers in making bill payments due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
It included the addition of a ‘Delay My Payment’ feature to moBills.
Earlier this month, the company extended its partnership with South Africa’s Pick n Pay to drive payments modernisation.
