German payments technology firm Wirecard has partnered with telecommunication operator Telenor to offer payment processing services for Telenor Bulgaria customers.
The collaboration will enable Telenor customers to conduct credit card payments using MyTelenor app.
The app enables Telenor customers to pay their monthly bills, recharge their credit as well as monitor their purchases and usage of data bundles.
Wirecard said that the integration of its payment services into the MyTelenor app will boost payment flexibility for credit card users, providing them the option to decide whether their data shall be stored by Wirecard to enable one-click-payments or recurring payments every month.
Telenor Bulgaria digital experience director Evgenia Ovcharova said: “With Wirecard we have found a reliable partner for our payment requirements.
