Visa rolls out digital loyalty platform in Latin America and Caribbean

Visa has launched its Loyalty Solutions platform for all issuing banks in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) to enable redemption of digital points for customers.

Visa Loyalty Solutions is a white-label platform co-created by Visa LAC and global fintech firm novae.

The solution can be used by Visa issuing member banks of all sizes to provide rewards and customer care programmes that are in line with their loyalty strategies and can be adapted as their own brand.

Visa Loyalty Solutions is accompanied by a mobile app, web portal, chat and voice support in order to facilitate quick and easy points redemption and customer service for cardholders as well as financial institutions.

Visa Latin America and Caribbean vice-president of consumer products Ricardo Tafur said: “Visa Loyalty Solutions offers a seamless and flexible digital experience that adds value for consumers, participating businesses and issuers, and can be easily adapted to each of our bank partners’ loyalty strategies.

“We are committed to innovate in order to provide the best consumer experience.”

Cardholders can use Visa Loyalty Solutions to redeem their reward points or integrate them into their cards to complete purchases.

Through the platform, points can be redeemed at more than 285,000 hotels, hundreds of airlines, car rental companies, tours, amusement parks, and other entertainment options globally.
