Initially, the companies will work towards enrolling cards in the Apple Pay eWallet and implementing the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), as part of revised PSD2.

PSD2 is a European Union (EU) initiative to improve online payments security. The directives are also envisaged to support innovation and simplify access to new players in the payment market.

Tremend will also work with financial institutions in implementing complex and secure solutions for digital transformation.
