US-based Toronto Dominion Bank (TD Bank) has introduced a new reloadable card called TD Connect that allows consumers to spend the funds loaded onto the card.
The new budgeting tool offers consumers an easy and secure way to access their money without overspending and will be accepted wherever Visa debit cards are accepted.
Customers, who are aged above 18 years, can walk into one of TD Bank’s stores from Maine to Florida and sign up to receive a TD Connect Card, including those who are not an existing customer.
The card can be loaded by customers using a variety of options in the company’s stores, online, by phone and direct deposit.
The card, which has been designed for bank customers with a checking account, will also be available to consumers who do not require a checking account.
