South Carolina State Federal Credit Union (SCU) has selected Fiserv’s integrated suite of payment solutions including debit and credit card processing, the Accel debit payments network, UChoose Rewards and Risk Office, to improve operational efficiency.
Fiserv said that it will assist SCU in managing and expanding the credit and debit card portfolios and provide a consistent member experience across channels.
SCU has selected Fiserv to integrate its card portfolio into the existing DNA account processing platform.
SCU CEO, Rick Hammond, said: "We found the Fiserv credit product to be very robust and it should provide us with some new capabilities to help us better serve our members.
"The Fiserv products seem to be more technically driven than others in the market, and the fact that they will integrate with our DNA account processing platform was definitely key for us."
