Digital gift card provider Sixth Continent has integrated e-commence giant Amazon’s online payments processing service Amazon Pay with its platform.
Customers of the gift card provider can access Amazon Pay on desktop, mobile and tablet and make transactions using the information stored in their Amazon account.

Sixth Continent CEO Francesca Roveda said: “We could not help being the first gift card provider in Italy to offer Amazon Pay to our customers.
“We have been working hard for three months together with our colleagues at Amazon to successfully integrate this new option that simplifies payment transactions from smartphones, tablets and desktops. Our users have appreciated the integration and since the first day this has been the most used payment option in our shop.”
SixthContinent currently facilitates purchase of the products of more than 1,500 brands on its website, offering credits to users for the purchases. It currently has 164,000 users in Italy.
