Australian SaaS company simPRO has partnered with Square to offer fast payment processing options to field service professionals.

The collaboration will involve the integration of Square payment platform with simPRO to provide the businesses with an on-spot payment option.

The integration will also allow simPRO users to accept card payments during service, and issue invoices from the field. Besides, it will enable one to receive payments by the next business day.

With the integration, simPRO aims to reduce paper work and billing errors that affect the business.

simPRO chief technology officer Jonathan Eastgate said: “Processing payments and managing transactions is an important part of the field service workflow.

“By partnering with Square’s trusted payment platform, we are simplifying the billing and invoicing process for our customers.”

Square is a mobile payment company that enables businesses and individuals to accept card payments with a smartphone or tablet.

In August, the company announced integration with Goodtill point-of-sale (POS) to access loyalty capabilities and inventory management capabilities. It will also enable Goodtill clients to process payments using Square.
