SBI Card has joined forces with Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) to launch their co-branded contactless credit card on the RuPay platform.
The IRCTC SBI Card on RuPay platform enables SBI Card to expand its portfolio on RuPay’s network.
Designed to reward railway travellers, the card enables maximum savings on travel and provides benefits on retail, dining and entertainment, in addition to transaction fee waivers.
The credit card is equipped with Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, which allows ‘Tap and Pay’ contactless payments.

Upon card activation, customers can receive 350 bonus reward points, which they can redeem for free railway tickets on the IRCTC website.

By GlobalDataCardholders can receive up to 10% value back on booking AC-tiered railway tickets at IRCTC website, plus 1% transaction fee waiver.
Additionally, cardholders can avail discounts while shopping at e-commerce websites like BigBasket, OXXY, foodfortravel.in, Ajio and more.
Moreover, RuPay is offering its cardholders 10% discount while shopping from luggage retailers such as Carlton, Aristocrat, VIP, Skybag and Caprese.
They will also receive 10% off on ordering food in the train on the Rail Recipe app, and more.
