Russia’s VTB Bank has consolidated its ATM
network fees, so that all transactions on its cash machines will
count as ‘home fees’.

The consolidation compromises the 6,000-unit
strong ATM distribution network of its subsidiaries in Azerbaijan,
Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine.

In Russia, the ATMs of JSC TransCreditBank and
JSC Bank of Moscow are excluded from the new ‘home network’ in the
CIS and Georgia.

Dmitry Rudenko, first deputy president and
chairman of VTB24 Management Board said:

“The fees for withdrawing money from VTB Group
ATM network will not differ from their ‘home’ fees.”

He claimed that his was the first major
Russian bank to offer such a service.
