The online payment method
paysafecard is to expand further into the Latin American market
under its partnership with online payment service provider
GlobalCollect.
Paysafecard is now available for
consumers to use in Argentina and is being distributed in 3,500
outlets up and down the county.

There are plans to use Argentina as
a base for further expansion into Mexico
“As GlobalCollect is an extremely
important partner for us in Europe, we are very happy about the
expansion of the agreement to include Argentina,” said paysafegroup
CEO Michael Muller.
“Thanks to this integration, our
customers will have the chance to use paysafecard in even more
webshops.”
The payment method enables
consumers to make online cash payments in local currencies without
the need for a bank account or credit card.
Users can obtain e-vouchers in
denominations of €10, €25, €50 and €100 ($12, $31, $61 and $123).
Customers then authorise payment by entering a 16-digit PIN.
