Blackhawk Network’s subsidiary One4all has teamed up with France-based Dejamobile, for a digital payments solution to boost its digital card service adoption across Europe.
Under the partnership, Dejamobile provides Blackhawk with its white label card digitisation solution.
This enables One4all digital gift cardholders to use them on a mobile device with the help of a customised app.
Dejamobile’s digital payments expertise allows both the purchaser and the recipient of the gift cards to gift, send, receive and use the gift cards using the app.
Dejamobile chief growth officer Lorcan Burke said: “This new instant digital experience enhances the strong brand reputation of One4all in terms of innovation and value and maintains Blackhawk’s position as a market leader in the gifting and payments sector.”
The digital gift card, which works on the Visa platform, was launched to the Irish market in November 2019.
