Mobile payment technology provider Net Element has introduced its new card-linked loyalty rewards programme dubbed Netevia Rewards.

The new proposition is a card-linked loyalty application integrated with the POS terminal at offline merchants.

The CRM tools incorporated into the rewards programme are used to send targeted offers to customers automatically. This is done by categorising users depending on their behaviour and spending performance.

Customers can enroll during their initial credit card swipe at a merchant, and get tracked and rewarded for their future payments.

Commenting on the new offering, Net Element president of integrated payments Vlad Sadovskiy said: “Netevia Rewards as well as new products we will be announcing to the market next year aim to empower our small business customers with effective, value-added services and marketing tools to help them make smarter decisions about their customers and increase sales.”

Net Element said that the programme will enable merchants to boost their conversion rates as well as revenues.

“The Netevia Rewards application presents an enrollment opportunity on every initial credit card swipe. Combined with the instant reward, customer conversion rates can be much higher than that of ordinary methods,” the technology provider said.

In August this year, Net Element introduced Netevia Mastercard, a business card for unified payments merchants.

Powered by Aliaswire’s patented technology, the card is part of a platform that aims to reduce credit and debit card payment acceptance fees.
