US-based National Gift Card has expanded its international presence with the acquisition of a majority stake in Revive Prepaid Management, located in Berkshire, UK.
Revive Prepaid Management manages online gift card fulfilment, gift card strategy management alongside business-to-business sales and marketing. Currently, the company has three clients – Primark, River Island and ASK Italian Restaurants.
A new division, named NGC Corp Group Europe Limited (ngcEurope), has been established to supply traditional and digital gift cards for bulk fulfilment representing about eight retail partner brands for the UK and Europe.
The new division will be led by Andrew Johnson, managing director of Revive Prepaid Management.
