US-based card company Luxury Card has rolled out the latest version of its mobile app that offers instant access to its Concierge specialists via chat round the clock.
Available for iPhone and Android users, the upgraded version of the Luxury Card App will allow cardholders to exercise better control over messaging and enjoy improved access to VIP offerings.
The cardholders can enable and disable new settings for the type of push messages they want to receive without losing key information about new offers and perks.
Now, the cardholders will get preferential treatment while reserving tables in selected restaurants across the globe.
Besides gaining special access to kitchen tours or wine cellars, the cardholders will also enjoy a complimentary chef-inspired amuse-bouche, appetiser, dessert, or wine tasting.
Luxury Card vice president of customer experience Marina Kissam said: “We have seen extensive downloads of the app among our customers. This release offers more content and new features that put the customer in control of how they receive our notifications.
“We want to keep our customers informed of exciting new benefits without being disruptive—this release strikes that balance.”

Through the app, the cardholders can use account management tools while gaining access to Luxury Card’s social media community to keep abreast about products and services in auto, fashion, beauty, technology, travel, and design.
Luxury Card caters to the needs of the premium credit card market. The company offers the Mastercard Gold Card, Mastercard Titanium Card, and Mastercard Black Card.
