Kienlong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Kienlongbank) has collaborated with JCB International to introduce new Kienlongbank-JCB credit card in Vietnam.

The Kienlongbank credit card users will get access to the JCB acceptance network across 30 million merchants globally.

Cardholders will also gain various Kienlongbank benefits and special privileges at certain merchants. Furthermore, customer service will be provided at the JCB Plaza service counter.

Additional privileges include access to more than 73 airport lounges in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.

The partners are also offering 24/7 global support via a free hotline during car rental, hotel, restaurant and golf bookings in Japan.

There will be no annual fee for the Kienlongbank-JCB credit card in the first year. This offer will be extended if the cardholder reaches a required minimum spending volume.

From September to December this year, Kienlongbank will provide gifts to customers who apply for the new card. It is also applicable for cardholders who spend a certain amount in the initial 30 days after activating.

Founded in 1995, Kienlongbank offers a variety of financial products and services. Its portfolio includes Paracel Islands Vietnam and Spratly Islands of Vietnam ATM cards. These cards support e-banking services.

By the end of this year, Kienlongbank estimates to have 134 transaction outlets at 28 provinces and cities. The bank also plans to further expand its network in Vietnam.
