k-eCommerce, which delivers e-commerce and payment solutions, has introduced two new cloud-based payment solutions.

The two new offerings are Payment Extension and Payment Portal, both of which replaces the company’s on-premise offerings Credit Card Extension and Online Bill Pay.

The company launched the two new solutions at User Group Summit North America this week.

A credit card and electronic transfer payment solution, Payment Extension enables companies to utilise payment information already stored in the ERP. The aim is to lower instances of errors and save costs for clients.

On the other hand, Payment Portal offers a secure login self-service site, which can be added to any existing company website.

The customers of the businesses can use it for paying outstanding bills and viewing their payment history.

Both the solutions are hosted in k-eCommerce’s PCI Level 1 certified cloud to address security concerns.

Additionally, they are integrated with Microsoft Dynamics, enabling Payment Extension and Payment Portal to share data with the ERP. This supports accuracy for payments and invoices, k-eCommerce noted.

Currently, the released versions support Microsoft Dynamics GP. Plans are on to add support for more Dynamics ERPs soon.

k-eCommerce founder and CEO Laurent Allardin said: “With our proprietary ERP integration and PCI-certified cloud, our payment solutions are a natural extension of our offering.

“And with our easy signup process, customers can be ready to accept credit card payments, ACH and EFTs in just 48 hours.”
