The new proposition offers a host of benefits to make online shopping faster, safer and more convenient.

It will facilitate real-time top-ups through the bank’s e-banking or e-payment platforms, a daily top-up and utilisation limit of BHD10,000 ($26,522), along with a minimum top-up of BHD1 ($2.6).

In addition, the e-Card will enable users to join the Ithmaar Rewards loyalty programme, and accumulate loyalty points with every transaction.

Among the card’s other benefits include SMS notifications for each transaction, monthly electronic statements, exclusive discounts on shipping charges through Aramex, as well as a $5 lifetime Aramex Shop and Ship membership.
