iSignthis eMoney (ISXPay), a subsidiary of Australian payment and identification authentication service provider iSignthis, has completed a technical integration with pan European payments provider Worldline to launch Paydentity services across Europe.

The various services offered by Paydentity include customer due diligence, identity verification, payment acceptation and authentication solutions, transaction monitoring, and original credit transfers.

On the other hand, Worldline offers Visa and Mastercard acquiring, settlement as well as clearing services.

Bringing together the regtech services of iSignthis and Worldline’s acquiring capabilities under the same roof is aimed at helping ecommerce merchants, fintech firms and cryptocurrency exchanges adhere to the fourth Anti Money Laundering Directive (4AMLD) and Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) norms.

iSignthis CEO John Karantzis said: “iSignthis will market the combined services, specifically to high risk and fintech merchants, where the Paydentity platform brings compliance and risk mitigation benefits, allowing merchants to focus on sales, marketing and growth rather than back office compliance functions.”
