Indonesia-based Bank CIMB Niaga has partnered with JCB International and telecommunications company Indosat to introduce a new credit card for its customers across the country.

The CIMB Niaga Indosat Ooredoo Card features free monthly data for one year, cash back offers on bill payments, an option for fixed instalment payment and zero annual fee.

Cardholders will also be able to avail other special privileges through JCB’s programmes with dining, travel and e-commerce merchants, among others.

Furthermore, the Indosat Ooredoo programme offers additional services and benefits.

The CIMB Niaga bank expects that its alliance with Indosat will boost the card’s penetration in the payment market via the existing Ooredoo mobile network customer base.

JCB believes that the collaboration can deliver more privileges and convenient cashless transactions for customers, and the new card can meet the needs of the target segment.
