i2c, a US-based cloud prepaid processing and emerging commerce solutions provider, has partnered with CardFlex Japan, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tay Two, and Shinsei Bank to launch a new prepaid card, Tay Two Visa, in Japan.
The Tay Two Visa prepaid card will allow consumers to make payments both through cash and cards.

Consumers can load money into the cards online or through a mobile app, and can make payments online or in person through Visa debit cards.
CardFlex Japan CEO, Kaoru Arai, said they are pleased to bring the convenience, reliability and flexibility of prepaid payments to consumers across Japan with the launch of the Tay Two card.
"As more Japanese consumers demand cashless payment options, we expect the opportunity for prepaid in Japan to grow dramatically.
