Fundtech has added a new solution to its
portfolio: The Global Liquidity & Risk Management solution
addresses banks’ changing requirements for cash management and
collateral management in light of new regulation, such as Basel
III.

Like other Fundtech products, the Global
Liquidity & Risk Management solution is based on the Fundtech’s
services-oriented architecture platform.

According to Joseph Mazzetti, executive vice
president at Fundtech: “We designed the new Global Liquidity &
Risk Management solution with the power to aggregate and analyse
the bank’s enterprise-wide liquidity, and have given it the
flexibility to react through both rules-driven automation and
manual controls. We believe that banks need the capability to
monitor, manage, and monetize their global liquidity more today
than ever before.”

The Global Liquidity & Risk Management
solution is a stand-alone product than can be integrated into a
wide variety of legacy systems.

It merges liquidity- and collateral-related
transactions from a bank’s global network, and provides real-time
visibility.

Fundtech said that a bank can tailor the
solution according to its specific needs.
