Texas-based First Tech Federal Credit Union has selected the online and mobile banking bill payment solution of Alkami Technology and CO-OP Financial Services to deliver seamless digital banking experience.
The bill payment solution, which is fully integrated with Alkami’s ORB Platform, will feature CO-OP’s MemberPay to allow First Tech’s more than 370,000 members to receive, view, manage and pay bills.
The content driven solution designed for smart phones with its customizable user interface will empower credit unions to understand and access information about its member base, and communicate with them in more relevant ways.
