ReD, an ACI Worldwide company, has entered into a strategic partnership with First Data Mexico to provide fraud prevention services in order to support the ecommerce market in Latin America.
As part of this partnership, First Data will introduce the real-time fraud prevention service, Red Shield, to its existing merchant customer base in the region initially focusing on Mexico.
Based on multi-dimensional fraud detection engine, ReD Shield is designed to serve individual customer requirements and will help detect and eliminate card-not-present fraud in multiple sectors, across multiple payment types and across international boundaries.
The solution, with a global fraud database, fully automated processes and an intuitive customer interface, will enable merchants to drive down false positives and reduce the load of manual reviews.
