Australia-based Emerchants has signed a multi-year deal for using its customized prepaid cards with Australia’s Cash Converters International.

The agreement will enable Cash Converters to use Emerchants cards to disburse cash advance loan funds to in-store as well as online customers.

The system would enable online customers to secure cash advance loan payments instantly and in-store customers to receive improved financial management through the use of a pre-paid card, Emerchants said.

Cash Converters comprises a franchised network of over 150 stores in Australia, including 71 company-owned locations, apart from an online personal finance unit.

The latest agreement will cover 95 stores across the nation.

Emerchants managing director Tom Cregan remarked: "We have been working closely with CCV for some time, particularly focused on the operational benefits that have been demonstrated in the 24 CCIG stores that have implemented our solution.
