E-Complish, a US-based payment solutions provider, has integrated its Text2Pay solution into its DirectPay Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution.

The integration will enable customers to make payments through text messaging in addition to receiving billing information, account aging, and balance reminders and alerts on mobile.

After enrolling the Text2Pay bill reminder and payment feature, customers will receive text reminders for upcoming bills and can enter their pin to make payments easily and safely over text message.

This entire process, which is PCI Compliant, ensures that all transaction information is encrypted and secure.

Also, call centers can quickly implement the solution and avoid dilemmas associated with call recordings and compliance.
