UK-based payment services provider Contis has partnered with Visa to launch a new Fast-track fintech programme to give domestic entrepreneurs and start-ups access to payment cards and banking capabilities within four weeks.

Contis Fast-track is powered by the company’s end-to-end banking and processing platform and the API technology stack.

New businesses and fintechs will be able to advance their ideas to market in short period. Fintechs can also go live with a proof-of-concept and gain access to up to 1,000 customer accounts.

Businesses can test new concepts in a secure and API-configurable setting backed by Contis’ Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols and customer service.

Under the Contis Fast-track, access will be offered for Visa’s payment network. The full agency banking solution will provide contactless and Chip & PIN Visa debit and prepaid cards.

Contis CEO Flavia Alzetta said: “We are hugely excited by our Fast-track programme; to be able to have a proof of concept live in as little as four weeks shows our commitment and capabilities to truly drive innovation in the digital economy.
