Collinson Group, a UK-based provider of products, insights, and services to influence customer behaviour for its clients, has acquired number of assets from Boston-based Linkable Networks.

The acquisition includes Linkable’s card-linked-offer (CLO) platform. Upon closing of the transaction, former senior employees from Linkable will join Collinson Group.

Furthermore, the deal will allow Collinson Group to immediately offer CLOs in the US.

At present, work underway to provide card-linked offers and rewards through different Collinson Group’s business lines including loyalty, benefits and insurance.

Currently, Collinson Group is providing card-linked rewards in the UK in form of payment-linked loyalty currency to companies including British Airways, Avios and Virgin Atlantic and their frequent flyer programme members.
