Citi has upgraded its Prestige credit card with the introduction of new benefits and sleek metal design.

The upgraded travel rewards card now offers a host of benefits which include a 75,000-point sign-up bonus, complimentary 4th night hotel benefit booking through ThankYou.com and ThankYou point redemption option for the stay and doubled cash reward redemptions.

Cardholders will also receive greater value for cash reward redemptions with ThankYou points and 50,000 ThankYou points can be redeemed for $500.

The new Citi Prestige cardholders will earn 75,000 ThankYou Points after spending $7,500 in purchases within the first three months of account opening. This is equivalent to over $935 when redeemed for air travel through the Citi ThankYou Travel Center.

Card members will also get annual $250 air travel credit, $100 statement credit for Global Entry or TSA Pre application fee, complimentary, unlimited access to over 1,000 Priority Pass select lounges worldwide for the cardholders, 3x points on air travel and hotels, 2x points on dining and entertainment, 1 ThankYou point per $1 spent on all other purchases.

Furthermore, the card does not charge any foreign transaction fees on purchases and offers round the clock access to Citi Prestige Concierge, travel and emergency assistance, trip cancellation and interruption protection, and trip delay protection.

The annual fee for the Prestige Card will remain unchanged at $450 as will the $50 annual fee for each authorised user.
